12. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in Travis County, Texas. You waive any right to participate in class actions or jury trials.

13. GENERAL PROVISIONS

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. 15. CLASS ACTION CLAIMS TERMS

If you choose to use Corresi to submit class action claims, the following additional terms apply:

You acknowledge that you are not required to use Corresi to submit class action claims, as you may submit claims directly through the relevant class action administrator. Corresi is not affiliated with any class action claims administrators, the parties to any class action litigation, or any court.

When you use Corresi to submit a claim, we will prepare a claim form for your review and signature using the information you provide. You are solely responsible for reviewing the claim form for accuracy before signing it.

Corresi is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. The decision to participate in a class action, the manner of completing claim forms, and other legal decisions are your responsibility. We recommend consulting with an attorney for legal advice regarding class action claims.

16. TAXES

You are solely responsible for any taxes owed on payments received through class action settlements. Corresi does not withhold taxes and does not provide tax advice.

18. LEGAL CONNECTIONS SERVICE

18.1 Nature of Service

Corresi operates solely as a referral service and not as a law firm or legal advisor. The Company does not provide legal services or advice through this service. Any connection facilitated between users and Legal Partners constitutes a referral only, and Corresi makes no representations or warranties regarding the suitability, qualifications, or abilities of any Legal Partner. The Company does not endorse or guarantee the quality of legal services that may be provided by any Legal Partner.

18.2 Information Sharing Authorization

By electing to use this service, you expressly authorize Corresi to share your personal information and relevant case details with Legal Partners who may contact you regarding potential legal representation. This authorization extends to, but is not limited to, the disclosure of your name, contact information, details about products or services you have used that may be subject to class actions, and any documentation you voluntarily provide in connection with such potential claims.

18.3 Formation of Attorney-Client Relationships

No attorney-client relationship is created between you and Corresi through the use of this service. Any such relationship must be formally established directly between you and a Legal Partner through separate agreement. Corresi is not a party to and shall have no responsibility for any agreements or relationships formed between users and Legal Partners.

18.4 No Guarantees or Representations

Corresi does not guarantee or represent that any Legal Partner will agree to represent you, that your circumstances will qualify for any class action, or that you will receive any compensation through any legal proceedings. The Company makes no representations regarding the merits of any potential claim or the likelihood of success in any legal matter.

18.5 Compensation Arrangements

Legal Partners may compensate Corresi for qualified referrals through this service. Such compensation arrangements will not affect any fees or costs that you may agree to pay to a Legal Partner, which shall be governed exclusively by your separate agreement with such Legal Partner.

18.6 User Responsibilities

You agree to provide complete and accurate information when using this service. It remains your responsibility to consult directly with Legal Partners regarding the merits of any potential case and to carefully review all engagement agreements before entering into any representation arrangement with a Legal Partner. You acknowledge that the ultimate decision to retain legal representation rests solely with you.

18.7 Limitation of Liability

Corresi shall not be liable for any actions or omissions of any Legal Partner, for the outcome of any legal matter, or for any communications between you and any Legal Partner. The Company disclaims all liability arising from or related to your use of this referral service or your interactions with any Legal Partner.

18.8 Opt-Out Rights

You may opt out of communications from Legal Partners at any time by contacting them directly or by notifying Corresi at hello@corresi.com. Upon receipt of such notice, Corresi will make reasonable efforts to discontinue sharing your information with additional Legal Partners.

18.9 State-Specific Disclosures

Certain jurisdictions may require specific disclosures regarding attorney referral services. By using this service, you acknowledge that the selection of legal counsel is an important decision that should not be based solely upon advertisements or referrals. You further acknowledge that you may request information about a Legal Partner's qualifications and experience before engaging their services.

18.10 Service Modifications

Corresi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue this referral service at any time without notice. The Company may also modify its criteria for selecting Legal Partners at its sole discretion.

18.11 No Legal Advice

Any information provided through this service is for general informational purposes only and shall not be construed as legal advice. You understand that for advice regarding your specific circumstances, you must consult directly with qualified legal counsel.

18.12 Confidentiality

While Corresi will maintain the confidentiality of your information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, you acknowledge that communications with Legal Partners may not be protected by attorney-client privilege until such time as you formally establish an attorney-client relationship with a specific Legal Partner.

This Legal Connections Service represents an optional feature of the Corresi platform. Your use of the Company's core class action claim submission services remains independent of and unaffected by your decision to utilize or decline this referral service.

19. TERMINATION

The Company may terminate or suspend your access to the Website at any time, without notice or liability, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated this Agreement.

20. ASSIGNMENT

You may not assign or transfer this Agreement without our prior written consent. Any unauthorized assignment shall be null and void.

21. SURVIVAL

All provisions of this Agreement which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

22. FORCE MAJEURE

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or internet outages.

23. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

24. CALIFORNIA USERS
